History :

- 1969 Founding of the company (SEPAL : the letters originally stood for 'Société d'Etudes Plastiques et Alliages Légers - literally 'Company for the Study of Plastics and Light Alloys')

- 1996 Company acquired by the Faiveley Group

- 2006 Incorportation of Rhône Moulage Industrie

- 2009 Faiveley Plast Industry Division created
